Shipping Information

**Please note, due to the introduction of the EU's new rule General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) we no longer ship to Northern Ireland, if an order is made to a NI address, unfortunately it will be cancelled and refunded. I'm sorry, I hate it too!**

Our jars are made to order, so please allow 3-5 working days for us to dispatch it to you.

Please note these are working days and do not include weekends (I try to give myself some time off!)

All parcels are sent via Standard Shipping with Evri, it's fully tracked and you will receive shipping updates via email.

Standard Shipping parcels should arrive 2-4 days after dispatch.

Please allow 10 days to receive your order from the date of purchase.

If you require your order ASAP or for a certain date, please drop us an email/message via Facebook or Instagram so we can confirm whether we can get your order out to you for the date you require it.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at hello@theplayjar.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund to make sure you're happy!
